Mindfulness Tools – 5-day Intensive Programme in MBSR

The Center for Mindfulness (CFM) at the University of Massachusetts Medical School are holding a 5 Day Residential Intensive Programme in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) called Mindfulness Tools for Living the Full Catastrophe at the Glenview Hotel in Ireland commencing  Wednesday 1st October, 2014. 

Imagine setting aside five days to find new tools for living with greater ease, joy, depth, resilience and balance! The gift of Mindfulness is a short term investment that will help you live more fully for the rest of your life.

This 5 day intensive training programme in MBSR is based on the 8 week Stress Reduction Programme founded by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979.   Highly respected within the medical community in the United States, the programme supports health enhancement and wellness focused on prevention and learning the ‘how’ of taking good care of yourself as well as feeling a greater sense of balance.

This programme is open to anyone who would like to be proactive about their own health and well-being.  During your 5 days you will practice mindfulness skills with other people like you, in a highly participatory structured learning environment.

DATES & TIME:  From 5 pm Wednesday 1st  to 1 pm Monday 6th October, 2014

VENUE: Glenview Hotel, Glen O’The Downs, County Wicklow, Ireland

Accommodation with all meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, is available at the Glenview Hotel for €90 sharing and €110 single. If you are not availing of accommodation, please allow €45 per day for food which includes all meals as above.
